This may seem pretty clear but some people forget to check the company website for the required information. If you have the designation of the person, many times you can discover their name, phone number and email. So utilize the Internet for this search. Also on the company website, search out to see if they have open positions posted. They may have more contact information presented on their website than on general job boards from where you had originally discovered the job opening.
